NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Matt and Sheryl Schwochert have filed Petition 2024-PTA-03 to rezone Lots 10 and 11, Parkview Subdivision, from I-2 Industrial District to R-2 Single- and Two-Family Residential District.  They intend to purchase the lots from the Village of Cleveland and construct a barndominium-style residential structure that will allow indoor storage of their recreational vehicle with an exterior concrete pad for visiting RVers to park and plug into a power source.

The Plan Commission will complete its findings and submit a recommendation to the Village Board at its meeting at 6pm on Wednesday, August 7, 2024, at the Cleveland Village Hall, 1150 W Washington Ave, Cleveland, Wisconsin.

The Village Board will hold a public hearing at 6pm on August 20, 2024, at the Cleveland Village Hall.  The purpose is to hear public comment on the Plan Commission’s recommendation to grant, modify, or deny the petition.

The petition is available at www.clevelandwi.gov and at the Clerk’s Office during walk-in hours, 10am-12noon, 12:30pm-4pm, Mondays through Thursdays; or by appointment by calling 920‑693-8181. Interested parties unable to attend the public hearing are welcome to submit written comments by letter through the Village Hall drop box; by mail to PO Box 87, Cleveland, WI 53015; or by email to swilker@clevelandwi.gov.
