FERMENTED MALT BEVERAGE LICENSE

I hereby certify that the Cleveland Athletic Club, Inc./Dale Wagner, Agent, has applied to the Village Board of Cleveland for a six-month Class “B” retail license to sell, deal, and traffic in fermented malt beverages at Veteran’s Memorial Park, Cleveland, Wisconsin, for the period May 1, 2025, through October 31, 2025.
