Village assessment services are provided by Accurate Appraisal LLC of Menasha, Wisconsin. The Assessor will be available at the Cleveland Village Hall from 4pm to 6pm on Wednesday, July 11, 2024. Appointments are encouraged but not required. Information on how to schedule an appointment is included in the 2024 Open Book Notice, below.

You have the right to object to the assessment on your property before the Board of Review. The Board will meet from 5pm to 7pm on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, at the Cleveland Village Hall.

PRELIMINARY PERSONAL PROPERTY ASSESSMENT ROLL (NOT AVAILABLE YET)
To start, you must file with the Clerk’s Office notice of your intent to appear before the Board at least 48 hours prior to the Board of Review meeting. This notice can be provided verbally or in writing. The links below will provide more information about the objection process, and the information you will need to provide to the Board to be successful. The Board will need evidence the Assessor’s valuation is incorrect, and cannot make a change based on opinion or unsupported statements.
