Manitowoc Multifamily LLC has filed an application for a Conditional Use Permit (CUP-2026-001) to construct side-by-side duplexes with attached two-stall garages on Lots 1 and 2 of Meadowbrook Drive, located at the southeast corner of Meadowbrook Dr and Westview St (Parcel Identification Numbers 03158500000200 and 03158500000100).
The Village Board will hold a public hearing on July 21, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. to accept public comment and consider the recommendation of the Plan Commission. A decision is expected at this meeting. The hearing will be held at Village Hall, 1150 W Washington Avenue, Cleveland, Wisconsin.
The application is available at clevelandwi.gov, at the Clerk’s Office during walk-in hours (10:00 am to 12:00 pm and 12:30 pm to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday), or by appointment by calling 920-693-8181.
